Finding mold and testing is one thing, but finding the source, where it started, is information you need to know! Leaks in your plumbing system, roof leaks, HVAC systems dripping water, catastrophic water damage. Mold is also caused by a lack of ventilation (failure to properly vent the home).

Breathe Easy LP. Industrial Hygenist will perform the following:
1. Inspect the home with a thermal infrared imaging camera to determine the conductive conditions leading to the suitable environment for the mold to fourish.
2. Take samples of the mold for laboratory analysis to determine the type of mold present in the home or building.
3. Write a protocol and bid proposal for the removal or destruction of molds to a condition less than or equal to the outdoors.
